Sublime is not for everyone. You will be handing off more responsibility to a software-based solution than you like have ever before. If that excites you, here’s how we operate:

1. Overview

Sublime generates AI-powered journal prompts and commitments based on your entries. This is not a completely private journal. AI, in unison with our team, analyzes summaries of your entries—and when necessary, reviews specific ones—to create highly relevant, personal, and achievable commitments.

2. Payments & Charges

• You’ll be charged a subscription fee plus additional costs for purchases or bookings related to your commitments.

• You set a spending limit, and we won’t exceed it.

• No refunds or changes are guaranteed once a charge is processed.

3. Data & Privacy

• Your journal entries inform AI-generated prompts and commitments.

• Our team reviews summaries (and sometimes specific entries) to improve commitment-making.

• We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Responsibility & Liability

• We’re not responsible if you don’t want or can’t follow through on a commitment.

• We make no guarantees about outcomes.

• Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid in the past 12 months.

5. Account & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

6. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sublime means you accept any changes.
